  They make it very easy and smooth to intergrate into the class at any experience level, whether youre a complete beginner or further along in fitness/mobility. at nopoint do you feel confused about particular movements or poses when its regularly explained to you at an anatomical or spiritual level by the instructor(the burn is all evidence you need though).

  Finally, a holistic health clinic that specialises in bio-identical hormone therapy!!!. A great team that look after you and are super friendly!!! Highly recommend!

  I have been very happy with the yoga classes here and have been attending regularly for the past year. Madi is a fantastic instructor who shows a genuine interest in her students. She always shows many options for those more/less capable, and has thought of adaptations for individuals (being that I am pregnant).

  Been going to yoga and pilates quite regularly . The staff and instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, they allow you to fully explore the range and capacity of your body in your own time and pace in a really friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.

  I had two consultations costing $300 each. The first consultant left so no relationship formed, the second barely spoke to me and seemed totally disinterested. I spoke to the admin staff with my concerns and they said they would get back to me. They did not. I am now being treated in China for my cancer. It cost me less to fly up here for treatment than it did for two consults with Fresh Holistic. Extremely disappointed.

  Upon going to this centre, I learnt that it really is NOT holistic.
