  Great place to order your pet supplies from.. They send you exactly what you ordered... I live in Canada, so knew it would be a bit of a wait.. But it was worth it.

  The biggest draw back was it took forever to get here, I placed the order and it was shipped out fairly quick but it took 28 days to receive it. I know this is because I live in the USA so there is not much they could do about it. I am using the product and will see in about a week if it works or not. Then I will come back and edit my review. I will say the customer service is wonderful.

  Staff were helpful in resolving a problem we had with our dog (allergy related). We were provided with useful information & a good selection of products by friendly staff.

  Obviously an online retailer- poorly signed premises, no customer parking whatsoever, r e a l l y ordinary 'service' from the lady at the front counter. Had to work hard to get any kind of committment out of her about a warranty on the product. Seriously i went away thinking why would i bother buying locally- paying top dollar for a product that i could get delivered at third of the price and not have to deal with obtuse people.
