  I've been using Dr Carl pet supplies for quite some time now, for both dog and cat products. Sometimes the shipping seems to take longer than expected, but everything always arrives as ordered. The only quibble I have is that, as I spend so much money with Dr Carl, I would love to be able to use the $5 coupon you are supposed to receive when you sign up for the newsletter. I have "signed up" numerous times now and have never received the coupon. Otherwise, a reputable company I am happy to keep using.

  Order didn't appear after 10 days, I had to contact them only to be told it's gone missing leaving me completely high and dry. Product now out of stock and I have to madly try and track it down somewhere.
