    We have found the staff at Pets and Ponds to be incredibly helpful, obliging and caring. We have bought pet rats from there, and have been impressed by the caring attitude of the owners and staff, and a breeding program which is based on the highest levels of integrity, care and compassion for the animals.

    Obvious improvement since new management. Animals are well kept, prices are reasonable, and you can actually move around now, plus staff are friendly and helpful! Thanks new Pets and Ponds staff for bringing the store out of the ground and turning into a decent store!

    What a wonderful pet shop to come into, all the animals that are there are well looked after and are spoilt rotten. Great range of animal Products that are at a reasonable price accompanied by great knowledge from the friendly staff.
